Thank you for all your help with our recent product evaluations at Industrial Polishing and Grinding (IPG). Your product recommendations were very effective in producing positive results in all the areas we were evaluating.

Using the solvent treated wheels against Jackson's water-based treatment, we were able to increase the rate of cut with a shorter break-in period. The wheel generated a very nice, even head that was maintained throughout the entire life. These improvements were immediately apparent across the range of parts being run.

We also found significant increases in the life of the product. Harper #1 ran for 6-1/2 shifts, vs. 4 shifts with the water-based wheel. Harper #2 ran for 6 shifts vs. 4. The increased life dramatically reduces the cost per part produced, even before we factor in the reduction of lost time for wheel changes.
