Open Face (ODCBS) Wheels
These wheels are excellent for aggressive buffing on steel and aluminum products where a cut down operation is desired. This style of wheel has some flexibility; therefore it is suitable for parts with irregular and contoured shapes. The construction contains bias sisal material sandwiched between 2 bias plies of fabric held together by chain sewing.
Available in either 1/4" or 1/2" chain sewing

This style of wheel is made with bias sisal material that is sewn together to make a solid buffing face Bias Sisal Buffs are ideal for extremely aggressive buffing. Applications for this product include tubular buffing on steel or stainless steel.

Stitched Sisal Buffs (Conventional)
Reliable Buff manufactures a complete line of conventional type sisal buffs. Included are whole disc sisal (untreated), whole disc sisal with cloth covers, laminated sisals (EOL), and dip treated sisal buffs. The spacing of the sewing and the selection of the treatment achieve variations in hardness.

Finger Buffs
This versatile buff is constructed with "fingers" containing cloth and sisal and sewn with 1/4" chain stitching. Each finger is carefully folded and flattened thus giving high strength and durability. Most finger buffs are dipped treated. All cloth finger buffs are also available.
