Satin Finish Loose Discs are available in Silicon Carbide and Aluminum Oxide material. These discs can be used individually or ganged together to the desired face width. Applications for these discs include satin finishing, light deburring, cleaning, or surface preparation.

Cloth Covered Wheels
For applications requiring additional density when using loose discs, Reliable Buff offers stitched satin finishing wheels made with cloth covers. Each disc is compressed and sewn together making the wheel more dense than using loose discs. The operator can apply less pressure in order to achieve the finish desired.

Leather Center Wheels
For applications using tapered spindles, these wheels are made with loose discs held together with a shellac leather center. There are two rows of sewing on the leather for additional strength.

Hand Pads And Rolls
Reliable Buff offers hand pads in the standard size of 6" X 9"; however we can custom cut any size hand pad requested. Available in Silicon Carbide and Aluminum Oxide. For convenience and cost saving purposes, we can provide your hand pad material in shop roll form. This allow the material to be cut from a roll and eliminates storing of boxes. We offer rolls of satin finish material in widths of 3" through 10" and lengths of 10 yards through 20 yards.
