Poly Cotton Airways
Reliable Buff offers two distinct poly cotton products. Our Pink P/C contains 45% polyester and 55% cotton This fabric is unique because it is suitable for manual buffing as well as auto buffing. Our Blue P/C contains 65% polyester and 35% cotton. This fabric is most suitable for Mush Buffing on automatic buffing machines.
Pink P/C AWB's are available in sizes 8" through 32". Blue P/C AWB's are available in sizes 18" through 32"

Seamless Airway Buffs
Because so many soft metals require a flawless finish, Reliable Buff manufactures their color buffs in a "seamless" construction. By eliminating the bias sewing, there are no loose threads from the bias seams to cause possible buff wheel scratches.

Centerless Airways
This style of airway buff is made without a clinch ring. It contains a ring inside the buff to hold the fabric and form the center hole.

Pleated Airways
Reliable Buff manufactures two versions of the pleated airway The accordion pleat or hot pleat is made in the 3/8 X 3/8 pleat. The pre-pleated material maintains a consistent hardness throughout the buff. The WP or wide pleat is a pre-pleated construction used to build in flexibility into mill treated and dip treated airways. Both the accordion pleat and the WP are excellent for contour buffing.

Stitched Airways
Reliable Buff offers a full range of sewing options for bias type airway buffs. The sewing will add stiffness to the buffing face and reduce the flexibility of the buff. This can be extremely beneficial when buffing narrow areas. And because the airway is made in the bias construction, the material will hold up significantly better than a conventional style stitched buff.

Coated Abrasive Airways (C.A.A.)
Reliable Buff manufactures an airway buff using coated abrasive material. The cloth backed material is "scored" to relieve the tightness of the fabric and create flexibility and cutting edges. This wheel is suitable for pre-buffing applications where an abrasive belt is used.
